The 93rd Monthly Ladies Day Celebration was successfully organised at the Woman Care Trust Centre on 24th February 2026. The programme commenced with a peaceful religious prayer, creating a positive and spiritual atmosphere for all members. Following the prayer, members enjoyed a tea break.
A special seminar on skincare was organised for the ladies, focusing on simple and practical remedies to maintain healthy skin despite their busy daily schedules. The session provided useful guidance suited to the New Zealand climate and encouraged self-care among women.
Senior members of the Trust presented a light-hearted comedy play, which brought laughter and happiness to everyone present. After the play, members enthusiastically requested a traditional game of tambola, which further increased excitement and engagement.
Woman Care Trust organised a free traditional Indian lunch and dessert for all attendees, allowing members to enjoy a meal together in unity. This celebration marked another meaningful step towards promoting women’s wellbeing, strengthening social connections, and fulfilling WCT’s mission of community development.
