We are now conducting Zumba classes twice a week (Monday 6pm – 7pm and Wednesday 11am-12pm) Our organisation aims to provide fitness revolution for the ladies taught by trained Zumba instructor from Zumba Fitness. These classes are suitable for the beginners as well. Zumba is perfect combination of fun & fitness workout for the ladies.
