Aqua Exercise

WCT conducts Aquacise for the ladies every Wednesday 12.00 PM-1.00 PM at Papatoetoe Centennial Pool and Leisure Centre. The ladies attending the session are benefited by the exercise in promoting their health, body balance, strength and brain fitness. In addition, the water supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury.
