Woman Care Trust successfully organised a Heart Health Session presented by the Heart Foundation on 18th May at the WCT Centre.
Around 50 ladies attended the session and gained valuable information about maintaining a healthy heart and living a healthier lifestyle.
The session was informative and engaging, and the participants appreciated the practical health advice and guidance provided by the Heart Foundation team. WCT remains committed to promoting women’s wellbeing and community development through such beneficial community programmes and activities.
There was a detailed presentation on cardiovascular disease to help explain the causes, symptoms, prevention methods, and the importance of regular health check-ups. The session also highlighted healthy eating habits, physical activity, and lifestyle changes that can help reduce the risk of heart-related problems.
