Woman Care Trust proudly celebrated its 95th Monthly Ladies Day on 25 May 2026 at the WCT Centre. Around 100 ladies attended the event.
The programme commenced with a religious prayer, creating a peaceful and positive atmosphere for the gathering. This was followed by morning tea, which provided attendees with an opportunity to socialise and connect.
The Pain Management Clinic team was invited as a special guest and delivered an informative session on pain management and healthy living. They shared practical tips to help members manage pain and improve their overall wellbeing. A highlight of the event was a beautiful cultural performance by the Golden Girls, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees.
Following the performance, Woman Care Trust served a delicious lunch for all attendees. The event had a significant positive impact on the community by reducing social isolation, promoting health awareness, encouraging active ageing, and creating opportunities for women to engage in meaningful social and cultural activities.
Woman Care Trust remains committed to supporting the wellbeing, inclusion, and empowerment of women through regular community programmes and events that enhance both physical and mental wellbeing.
