Woman Care Trust’s Day tour to Hunua Falls on 19th March 2026 created a meaningful and enriching experience for all participating members. The outing provided a refreshing break from daily routines, allowing ladies to connect with nature, relax, and enjoy the scenic beauty of Hunua Falls. Such experiences play an important role in improving mental wellbeing by reducing stress, uplifting mood, and encouraging mindfulness.
