Aqua Exercise

WCT conducts Aquacise for the ladies every Wednesday 12.00 PM-1.00 PM at Papatoetoe Centennial Pool and Leisure Centre. The ladies attending the session are benefited by the exercise in promoting their health, body balance, strength and brain fitness.
