Senior Ladies Bus Trip- Hamilton

Trip Start 8.30 am

Woman Care Trust organised a bus trip to Hamilton on 19th December 2015.The trip started from Kolmar Road, Papatoetoe with 50 ladies. After reaching Hamilton, all had tea break at “Sahib Kaur Sikh Temple”. Then Hamilton Gardens was the next stop. Hamilton Gardens explore different civilizations, recreates historically important garden styles from farthest reaches of world. All ladies had great fun in the garden and they also performed Punjabi folk dance “Gidha”, other tourists in the garden also joined the ladies in their dance and sang songs. The lunch break was at “Sahib Kaur Sikh Temple” at Hamilton. After lunch ladies went to museum to explore Maori culture. On the way back to Auckland bus stopped at Hamilton Lake to let ladies enjoy the spectacular views and have some snacks for their refreshment. It was fun filled and informative trip for the ladies, to know more about New Zealand.
